Is it worth buying a third-party Dyson V8 Battery?

My Dyson V8 has been cutting out after just a few minutes of use, and I think the battery is finally giving up. I know Dyson sells original replacements, but I’ve also seen third-party Dyson V8 Battery options online that are much cheaper. Has anyone here tried them? Do they last, or is it safer to stick with the official battery?
